Data Rights Request

Request or Delete Your Data
 

You can exercise your data rights by emailing hello@shifted.fitness from your registered email address, or using the in‑app Data Rights link.


What you can ask for:

  • Access: get a copy of your personal data and basic processing information.

  • Correction: fix inaccurate or incomplete data.

  • Deletion: either (A) delete account & data, or (B) delete historic data but keep your account (where feasible).

  • Restriction/Object: limit or object to certain processing.

  • Portability: receive certain data in a portable format.

  • Withdraw consent: for processing of health/wellness data and optional features.


How we handle requests:
We may ask you to verify your identity. We aim to respond within one month (extendable by two months for complex requests). Some data must be retained where required by law or to establish/defend legal claims.
